Job summary

Life Without Barriers in Parramatta (hybrid) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support young people in need. You will work closely with families and communities to deliver holistic casework that promotes emotional wellbeing, resilience, and practical life skills.

The role requires experience with Children & Young People in OOHC or intensive therapeutic care, a relevant degree, and a current driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma; degree progress acceptable for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience.
• Experience in Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out of Home Care (OOHC) case management.
• Experience supporting Children & Young People with trauma backgrounds.
• Current drivers’ licence.
• Probity checks including National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic case management support to young people in need.
• Guide emotional well‑being, self‑esteem and life skills through therapeutic intervention.
• Collaborate with families, carers and communities to access services.
• Conduct monthly home visits across Northern and Western Sydney; travel may be required.
