Location: Parramatta with flexible hybrid working arrangements
As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic support to young people in need. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with young people, who are experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological difficulties. Through your expertise in therapeutic intervention and case management, you will help guide them towards improved mental well-being, self-esteem, and life skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with Children & Young People in out of home care and an understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people.
This role is offered as a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday. Hours of work are 8:30am 5pm.
The successful candidate will also conduct monthly home visits across the Northern and Western Sydney regions. Additional travel may be required depending on caseload requirements. A tool of trade will be provided.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
