Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions in Albury NSW is seeking an enthusiastic NDIS Youth Assistant to deliver engaging group and 1:1 training, helping young participants build skills and confidence for employment.

You will create and tailor workshops, support participants to achieve employment, independence, and social goals, and work with Youth and Workplace Consultants to monitor progress in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping disadvantaged individuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Life experience or relevant work experience (formal qualifications not essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group and 1:1 training to build skills and confidence.

• Experience or qualifications in Community Services, Education, Youth Work (desirable)
