About the Role
As theWHS Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Work Health and Safety function across the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN).
You'll support the administration of WHS systems, policies, programs, reporting and compliance requirements, working closely with Senior WHS Consultants, managers, supervisors, employees and their representatives.
Key responsibilities include coordinating WHS meetings and training, maintaining WHS registers, records and electronic systems, supporting audits and corrective actions, preparing reports and meeting papers, compiling KPI data, maintaining document control and responding to routine enquiries.
About You
you'll bring proven administrative experience and the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
You'll have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
You'll be confident using Microsoft Office 365, including intermediate to advanced Excel, and have experience maintaining databases and electronic records systems.
