  • General reception and administrative duties for the Nursing Department.
  • Assisting in hospital transfers and coordinating with other health services.
  • Handling and directing queries, data entry, record management, and correspondence.
  • Supporting bed management and client admissions, and preparing medical records.
  • Facilitating effective communication between clinical and support teams.
  • Supporting induction and orientation of new staff and visiting practitioners.
  • Participating in quality improvement, staff development and disaster response programs.
  • Promoting a positive culture in a safe work environment.

About the Role

Join the friendly Administration team at Ceduna District Health Services, playing a key support role in a vital regional healthcare setting. As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our Nursing Department and key clinical teams, facilitating client management and ensuring effective communication across wards and service areas.
