• Provide strategic and collaborative leadership to support engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 9 students.
• Lead initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision, Values and Site Learning Plan.
• Focus on attendance, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches and the Year 9 CARE program.
