Craigmore High School seeks a Senior Leader: Year 7 Learners to provide strategic and collaborative leadership to support Year 7 engagement, wellbeing and transition, working with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families.

The role focuses on attendance, engagement, achievement, enrolment, induction and transition processes; supports trauma-informed and restorative practices; contributes to Year 7 CARE program and the 18-month transition timeline;

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and collaborative leadership to support Year 7 engagement, wellbeing and transition.
• Lead attendance, engagement, enrolment, induction and transition processes with the Leadership Team and staff.
• Support the development of a positive Middle Years learning culture through trauma-informed and restorative practices.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the Year 7 CARE program and the 18-month transition timeline.
