Job summary

Craigmore High School is seeking a Senior Leader: Year 11 Learners to provide strategic and collaborative leadership for engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 11 students. You will work with the Leadership Team, Learner Engagement and Wellbeing Team, staff, students and families to drive attendance, trauma-informed practices, restorative approaches and the Year 11 CARE program.

Part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and collaborative leadership to support the engagement, wellbeing and achievement of Year 11 students.
• Lead initiatives aligned with the school's Strategic Directions, Vision, Values and Site Learning Plan, including attendance, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches and the Year 11 CARE program.
