Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport required.
• Handyman experience, including use of power tools (desirable).
• Cleaning or labouring experience relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean portable buildings and toilet blocks using provided equipment.
• Perform basic repairs & maintenance on portable buildings and fixtures.
• Securely pack furniture and appliances for transport.
• Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties for a safe work environment.
• Assist qualified trades with refurbishment and upgrades when needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to:

• Dedicated benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing
• Clean portable buildings, including portable toilet blocks using equipment and supplies provided
• Complete basis repair & maintenance tasks on portable buildings, including toilet blocks; repair & seal flooring, replace trim, paint and patch walls, basic plumbing, replace doors & locks etc.
• Securely pack furniture & accessories in portables buildings for transport including tables, chairs, desks, fridges, microwaves etc.
• Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties to ensure a safe, clean and well organised work environment.
• Assisting qualified trades with portable building refurbishments and upgrades where necessary.
