Job summary

Goodman is seeking a Business Analyst to join our AU Technology Centre of Excellence in Sydney. You will collaborate with finance leaders and technology teams to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, shaping better future-state processes.

You will drive requirements, support testing and change activities, and assist with vendor coordination and post-implementation reviews as governance and delivery mature.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or software implementation projects.
• Strong finance or accounting knowledge within property/investment environments.
• Experience working with finance systems or business applications, especially Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between Finance, Technology and the wider business to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Lead requirements from discovery to sign-off with clear documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Support testing, business readiness, and post-implementation review.
