Job summary

Resource Management Group in Brisbane is seeking a Yard / Warehouse Operator to run our plastics processing line. You will handle material from truck arrival through to packed bulka bags ready for dispatch, contributing to efficient operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, physically fit, and comfortable in an industrial setting. Experience with granulators or shredders is preferred, and a forklift LF licence is highly regarded as you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in identifying and separating plastic types.
• Experience with granulators, shredders or production machinery (preferred).
• Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded.
• Physically fit and comfortable in an industrial environment.
• Reliable, self-directed and keen to take on more as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers, including inbound material and outbound bulka bags.
• Operate granulating and processing equipment across a range of plastic types.
• Keep different plastic types strictly separated at every stage, from intake and storage through to processing and bagging.
• Re-bag processed material to customer weight specifications.
• Remove visible contaminants and flag quality issues before material is packed.
• Label, weigh and stage bags for dispatch.
• Record hours and output on the weekly timesheet.
• Keep the site clean, safe and organised.

About the role
