Job summary

Connect Staff is seeking Process workers for our Loganholme facility in Queensland. Roles are available for Day, Afternoon and Night shifts (Mon–Fri) with 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include packaging, daily quality checks and material replenishment, plus routine cleaning of lines.

Ideal candidates will be able to perform repetitive tasks, be teamwork‑oriented and safety focused. Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential; hi‑vis shirt and steel capped boots are required to start.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive bending, twisting and lifting.
• Similar experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Forklift licence is not essential but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pack productions from manufacturing.
• Perform quality and daily checks on manufactured products.
• Handle material hand - replenish raw feed and routine cleaning.
• Clean machine lines and work areas as required.
• Work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Job description

We are looking for Process workers at our National Client manufacturing and packaging plastic products in Loganholme. Current available roles are for the day (6am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-10pm) & Night (10pm-6am) Shift , Monday to Friday. Workers with similar experience is advantageous but not essential as able to train any suitable candidates.

The Role:

Packaging of productions from manufacturing

Quality & daily checks of manufactured products

Material Hand - replenish raw feed and routine cleaning

Cleaning of machine lines and areas when needed

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

6am - 2pm @ $31.19

2pm - 10pm @ $35.87

10pm - 6am @ $40.55

About you:

Ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting and stand for long periods

Similar experience (not essential)

Forklift licence (not essential)

Must have hi-vis shirt and steel capped boots

Willingness to learn

Good communication skills & team player

Reliable and safety focused

Work within a team as well autonomously & have initiative

Similar work experience is an advantage but not necessary
