Onsite Rental Group is seeking Yardpersons for our Wingfield, SA location. The role involves cleaning portable buildings, basic repairs, packing for transport, and keeping the yard safe and well organised. You will support trades and work under a Team Leader in a busy site environment.

We value hands-on, physical work and a positive attitude. A current driver’s licence and reliable transport are essential, with a standard Monday–Friday roster and stable long-term employment offered.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Clean portable buildings, including portable toilet blocks, using provided equipment.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on portable buildings (flooring, trim, walls, doors, plumbing).
• Pack furniture and appliances securely in portable buildings for transport.
• Perform general housekeeping and yard duties to maintain a safe, clean site.
• Assist trades with refurbishments and upgrades as needed.

About the role

We have multiple vacancies for the role of Yardpersons in our Wingfield branch. Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to:

• Clean portable buildings, including portable toilet blocks using equipment and supplies provided
• Complete basis repair & maintenance tasks on portable buildings, including toilet blocks; repair & seal flooring, replace trim, paint and patch walls, basic plumbing, replace doors & locks etc.
• Securely pack furniture & accessories in portables buildings for transport including tables, chairs, desks, fridges, microwaves etc.
• Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties to ensure a safe, clean and well organised work environment.
• Assisting qualified trades with portable building refurbishments and upgrades where necessary.

We are looking for someone with relevant transferable skills, a positive attitude and capacity for hands on, physical work. Our ideal candidates will have:

• Current driver's licence & reliable transport
• Handyman experience, including use of power tools (desirable)
• Relevant cleaning or labouring experience

• A positive attitude & high regard for workplace safety
