Job summary

Coates Pinjarra is seeking a Yard Coordinator to take ownership of a busy yard supporting mining and industrial operations. You will coordinate equipment movements, load/unload safely, direct trucks, and keep the yard safe and efficient while supporting workshop and field teams.

The role requires a forklift licence and MR licence, with a proactive approach to safety and high standards of organisation. Previous mining/industrial logistics experience will be valued.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• MR Driver's Licence required.
• Experience handling equipment in high-traffic environments preferred.
• Strong organisational and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day yard activities and equipment movements.
• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
• Direct trucks and manage yard traffic movements.
• Maintain an organised, safe and efficient work environment.
• Support workshop and operations to meet customer requirements.
• Identify equipment needing maintenance or attention.
• Prioritise tasks and demonstrate initiative with minimal direction.
• Follow site safety requirements and lead by example.
