Boral is seeking an experienced Yard Loader/Driver for our Maldon, NSW site. This hands-on role involves operating a front-end loader, moving materials around the yard, and performing driving duties to keep operations moving.

Responsabilités

• Safe operation of a front-end loader to load, move and manage materials around the yard.
• Drive materials and deliveries safely and promptly as required.
• Complete daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks.
• Support day-to-day yard and plant operations.
• Participate in safety initiatives including pre-starts and incident reporting.
• Maintain yard housekeeping and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe, efficient site operations.

We're looking for an experienced and safety-focused Yard Loader/Driver to join our team at Maldon, NSW. In this hands-on role, you'll spend your day operating a front-end loader, moving and loading materials around the yard and undertaking driving duties to help keep our operations moving.

You'll be part of a supportive site team where safety comes first. If you enjoy operating heavy equipment, working outdoors and getting stuck into a varied role, this could be a great opportunity to join Boral and build a long-term career with us.

Your day will involve:

• Safe operation of a front-end loader to load, move and manage materials around the site
• Driving duties as required, ensuring safe and timely movement of materials and deliveries
• Completing daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the yard and plant
• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
• General yard housekeeping and basic maintenance
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure safe and efficient site operations

What are we looking for?

• Experience operating a front-end loader is highly regarded
• Current driver's licence and relevant heavy vehicle licence for the driving component of the role
• A strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy operational environment
• Flexibility and willingness to assist across a range of yard and plant duties as required
• Experience within the concrete, quarrying, construction or heavy industry sectors will be highly regarded
