Access Services Group, part of Access Group Australia, is a leading provider of service, sales, and support to the Australian equipment hire industry. We are looking for a motivated Yard Hand at our St Marys branch to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in a secure, supportive environment.

This is a Full Time Permanent role, Monday to Friday 7am-5pm, offering training and opportunities to develop within a collaborative, safety‑driven team.

Formación

• Forklift licence and experience (preferred, but not essential).
• A current driver’s licence.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and manual handling.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• EWP ticket (desirable – we’ll train the right person).
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts and assist with moving equipment around the yard.
• Wash, clean, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Carry out general yard duties, manual handling, and loading/unloading tasks.
• Drive and reposition equipment as needed.
• Ensure the yard is safe, clean, and well organised.
• Support the team with other duties as required.

Our team thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing environment, and we're excited to welcome a motivated and reliable Yard Hand to our St Marys branch. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to get hands-on experience and grow their career in a secure and supportive industry.

This is a Full Time Permanent role, working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and assist with moving equipment around the yard
• Wash, clean, and maintain machinery and equipment
• Carry out general yard duties, manual handling, and loading/unloading tasks
• Drive and reposition equipment as needed
• Ensure the yard is safe, clean, and well organised
• Support the team with other duties as required

• Previous machinery handling experience (an advantage)
• Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks and manual handling

• A current driver's licence

• Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
