Job summary

Buildsafe, a market leader in height safety systems for the building and construction sector in Australia, is seeking a forklift operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate a forklift, assist with loading trucks, and maintain equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes stock and inventory control, general warehouse duties, and adherence to safety standards. An immediate start is available for suitable applicants with a valid drivers licence and Construction Induction Card.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's Licence required.
• Construction Induction Card required.
• Forklift licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift.
• Load trucks with equipment and components according to the picking list (heavy lifting involved).
• Maintenance of equipment.
• Stock and inventory control.
• Cleaning and general warehouse duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Forklift Licence (Desirable)
• Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Construction Induction Card
• MR License (Desirable)
  
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 35-40 hours a week
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment
