Job summary

Adaptalift Group in Truganina, VIC, is seeking a hands-on Yard Coordinator to keep our workshop and yard organised and running smoothly. This permanent full-time role offers a practical, active position with variety, from yard operations to equipment preparation for deliveries and workshop tasks.

You will need a forklift licence, strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required (essential).

• Good general mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Organising equipment and maintaining a clean, safe and orderly yard
• Preparing equipment for deliveries, collections and workshop work
• Carrying out visual inspections and reporting any damage or issues
• Cleaning equipment and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinating equipment movements and supporting the workshop team as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organising equipment and maintaining a clean, safe and orderly yard
• Preparing equipment for deliveries, collections and workshop work
• Carrying out visual inspections and reporting any damage or issues
• Cleaning equipment and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinating equipment movements and supporting the workshop team as needed
