Qualifications

• 2+ years of XR development experience (AR/VR/MR).
• Proficiency in Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).
• Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or equivalent AR SDKs.
• Strong understanding of 3D spatial design, real-time rendering, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with WebXR or browser-based immersive experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

We’re looking for a talented XR Developer to join our growing Technology & Product team. You’ll be hands‑on building AR, VR, and MR experiences that reach fans at live events, on their devices, and across digital platforms — working alongside experienced developers, designers, and AI engineers in a collaborative environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and a genuine love for what you do.

What You’ll Do

XR Development & Delivery

• Develop AR/VR/MR applications for sports fan engagement, live event activations, and stadium experiences
• Build real‑time 3D environments, interactive AR overlays, and immersive VR experiences using Unity and/or Unreal Engine
• Implement integrations with AI systems, live data feeds, and broadcast technologies
• Optimise XR experiences for performance across Meta Quest, iOS/Android AR, and WebXR
• Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code in line with team standards

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with UX/UI designers and technical artists to bring creative briefs to life
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly within the team
• Contribute ideas and technical insights during brainstorming and innovation sessions

Quality & Testing

• Conduct thorough testing across devices and platforms to ensure quality and performance
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues swiftly and efficiently
• Support UAT with internal stakeholders and clients as required

Learning & Development

• Stay current with emerging XR technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Actively participate in code reviews and team learning initiatives
• Pursue professional development — we’ll support you every step of the way

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of professional XR development experience (AR/VR/MR) — with a portfolio to prove it
• Proficiency in Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)
• Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or equivalent AR SDKs
• Solid understanding of 3D spatial design, real‑time rendering, and performance optimisation
• Familiarity with WebXR or browser‑based immersive experiences
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Desirable (Bonus Points If You Have…)

• Experience in sports tech, live events, or fan engagement platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML integration within XR environments
