Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Software Developer to join the PV4 Product Development team. The role focuses on backend cloud development using AWS serverless technologies, building cloud-native services, APIs, and integrations for live events.

You will work in a small, highly skilled team, with ownership of software, collaboration with operations, and opportunities to influence platform direction across production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS serverless development.
• Infrastructure as Code experience, AWS CDK preferred.
• API development with GraphQL and/or REST.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with containerised workloads (Docker).
• Production systems monitoring and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend cloud services and APIs using AWS serverless tech.
• Implement event-driven workflows and integrations.
• Apply infrastructure as code for scalable deployments.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and platform evolution.
• Support production systems with monitoring and reliability improvements.
• Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
