Job summary

The Star Sydney invites applications for a Food & Beverage Attendant in casual dining venues. You will deliver exceptional guest service across our Food Quarter, Fat Noodle, Harvest Buffet and G&Tea, ensuring memorable experiences for local, interstate and international guests.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced dining, a passion for service, strong interpersonal skills and flexible hours. NSW RSA or interim certification is required; on-site uniform, meals, and career development

Qualifications

Experience working in a fast paced restaurant with sound knowledge around food and beverage.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a memorable guest experience.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
Current NSW RSA certificate (or interim certificate).

Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions.
Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalised service and recommendations.
Communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to provide efficient and seamless service.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
