The Star Sydney is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants for its signature dining venues. You will provide outstanding guest service, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages across multiple premium venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end restaurant with ability to articulate flavours and recommendations.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest interaction.
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours and events.
• Current NSW RSA card or interim certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of venue menu and current promotions, ingredients, and prep methods.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalised service and recommendations.
• Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service across venues.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and dining area setup/pack-down.
