Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Trades Assistant to join our Gladstone workshop and support the heater crew with fabrication, assembly, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment. This is a local, workshop-based role offering permanent opportunities and a chance to develop practical skills alongside an experienced team.

You will prepare materials, tools and equipment for daily activities, operate workshop tools safely, and perform basic duties such as grinding, cutting and drilling.

Qualifications

• Competent use of hand and power tools.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from tradespeople.
