Job summary

Porter Equipment Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Workshop Technician to join our Brisbane workshop. In this full-time role you will perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work on a range of heavy equipment in our hire fleet.

You will document service activities, assist with installation of new gear, and work closely with the team to ensure high standards of safety and quality in a brand-new facility in Berrinba, near Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in heavy vehicle/machinery mechanics or a related field.
• Experience as a Workshop Technician in the Trades & Services industry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking Workshop Technicians to join our team at Porter Equipment Australia Pty Ltd' in Berrinba QLD. This full-time role is responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair and servicing support for the range of heavy equipment and machinery in our own Heavy Equipment Hire Fleet.
