Ellerslie Farms Group is seeking a Maintenance Workshop Supervisor to lead a small team of fitters, boiler makers and apprentices. You’ll own day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate maintenance tasks, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will help drive maintenance across multiple sites in Queensland, with focus on reliability and timely completion of production equipment maintenance.

Ellerslie Farms Group is an agribusiness that operates one of the largest poultry farms in Australia.
We employ over 500 people across our farming operations based at Millmerran, an hour west of Toowoomba in Queensland. Our operations are vertically integrated, covering the entire supply chain from grain production, chick rearing, stock feed milling, poultry production and egg grading. The applicant will be required to supervise and work in the existing team, under the direction of the Workshop Manager, assisting the Construction and Services Team to contribute to meeting the business goals.
