You will develop detailed production plans, manage schedules, monitor parts availability and coordinate with supervisors, technicians and procurement to keep operations on track. Strong Excel and MS Project skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified tradesperson with workshop planning and coordination experience.
• Strong scheduling and workflow management background with maintenance and inventory control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, finalise, and distribute detailed production plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and manage production schedules to maximise workflow efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
• Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement to prevent operational delays.
• Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing activities.
• Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve productivity.
• Prepare variation bills of materials and cost estimates for scope changes.
