Due to continued growth and a focus on expanding workshop capability, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Workshop Manager to lead a large, high-performing team based in Perth.

Reporting to senior management, the Workshop Manager will take ownership of the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of a large workshop.
You will lead a diverse workforce of approximately 150 employees and play a key role in driving operational performance, strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the workshop’s internal and external service offering.
This role will suit a proactive and commercially astute leader who can balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
