Job summary

Cummins Asia Pacific in Adelaide, SA, seeks a Workshop Manager to lead and develop a team of service technicians and apprentices. You will coach technicians, ensure safety policies are followed, and drive documentation compliance while delivering KPI targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organisation under pressure, and hands-on leadership with engine products. On-site work with relocation support for eligible applicants is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required.
• Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisation skills in a high‑pressure environment.

Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage and supervise service technicians
