Job summary

Myndshift Group is seeking an experienced HV Electrician to support maintenance and electrical work on large electric drive mining equipment in our Mackay workshop. The role involves 75% workshop work and occasional field service coverage for our client’s operations.

Candidates should have HV Electrician qualifications, high‑risk licences, and experience with Komatsu 830E/930E or similar equipment. A strong commitment to safety and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• HV Electrician or Cert III in Electrotechnology with relevant high‑risk work licences.
• HV Switching – Statement of Attainment is required.
• Licences and tickets permitting high‑risk electrical work.
• Experience on Komatsu 830E/930E or similar heavy mining equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, fault find and perform electrical work on large electric drive mining equipment in the Mackay workshop.
• Provide field service coverage when required to support the team.
