Qualifications

• Experience in scheduled and breakdown servicing.
• Ability to record notes and service records accurately.
• Willingness to participate in training and progression opportunities.
• Knowledge of automation and telematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services.
• Record notes and file service records accurately.
• Participate in training and mentoring of less experienced technicians.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including automation and telematics.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new products.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise sales and service across our customer base.
