Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia is seeking mechanically minded field service technicians to service and repair material handling equipment across a dedicated territory in New South Wales. You will operate fully equipped service vans and perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience as forklift mechanic or service technician is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory.
• Use field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedule.
• Maintain service records and complete quotes for customers.
• Provide high level customer service and contribute to sales opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and training.
