Peter Stoitse Transport Pty Ltd PST is seeking a driven Workshop Foreman to transform our Welshpool depot into a high-performing operation. You will lead the workshop, mentor a small team including apprentices, and implement systems to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.

Lead workshop operations, mentor staff, and drive efficiency and quality while shaping the future of our Welshpool depot.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead and transform our workshop into a high-performing, efficient operation. This is not just a supervisory role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership, implement systems, mentor a small team, and help shape the future of our workshop.

We will work with the right candidate to support relocation, including moving costs, housing assistance, and helping your family settle into the area.

Currently servicing our own fleet, we are planning for growth into a community-facing workshop, supported by strong local demand and our strategically located Welshpool depot. We are ready to invest in the right person, the right systems, and the right equipment — we just need the right leader to drive it.

You’ll be supported by apprentices, a qualified mechanic, and admin staff, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality, and performance.
