Zusammenfassung

WorkPac is recruiting a workshop-based Boilermaker/Welder in Berkeley Vale, NSW. You will fabricate, assemble and weld steel components, interpret drawings and work instructions, and ensure quality and accuracy to meet production targets.

Immediate start option with penalties on top of $53.79 p/h. Overtime available, supportive team, and on-the-job training in a leading wear-resistant solutions provider.

Qualifikationen

• Trade qualification as Boilermaker/Welder or equivalent.
• Strong fabrication skills with hands-on welding.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate, assemble and weld 310mm steel components, including bends, reducers and chutes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform MIG and FCAW welding.
• Mark, cut, grind, fit and assemble components.
• Safely operate workshop equipment.
• Complete weld preparation and finishing.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with material handling and movement.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of wear-resistant solutions, specialising in protecting heavy-duty equipment from wear and impact.

Roster & Hours

Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am 12:00pm

Overtime available

What you will be doing:

• Fabricate, assemble and weld 310mm steel components, including bends, reducers and chutes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Perform MIG and FCAW welding
• Mark, cut, grind, fit and assemble components
• Safely operate workshop equipment
• Complete weld preparation and finishing
• Work closely with tilers and liners
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Meet production schedules and deadlines
• Assist with material handling and movement

What you will need:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker/ Welder
• Strong Fabrication Skills
• Current NSW Drivers Licence (mandatory)
• Forklift ticket (desirable)
