Job summary

WORX+ in Bayswater is seeking a dedicated Workshop Assistant to join our family-owned business in a casual role offering 15–20 hours per week across 2–3 days. You will assist with assembly, testing, maintenance and the general operation of equipment.

Collaborating with our experienced technicians, you will help maintain a safe and tidy workshop, operate equipment and forklifts as needed, and contribute to a proactive, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
• Mechanical experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Previous workshop experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised and reliable with a proactive attitude.

This is a casual position offering the flexibility of 15–20 hours per week, across 2–3 days. About you
