Job summary

Victorian Trailers in Wagga Wagga is seeking a hands-on Workshop & Sales Support person to join our small, friendly team. You will balance shop floor tasks with customer enquiries, prepare quotes and process orders, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely deliveries.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with Saturday mornings only if required, and offers development in a privately owned Australian business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on workshop experience required.
• Experience handling trailer enquiries and quotes.
• Sales experience in trailer industry beneficial.
• Clear customer-service focus and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily priorities with the workshop team.
• Support stock control and fit trailer lights, wheels and cages.
• Load/unload trucks and keep yard/workshop safe and tidy.
• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with trailer enquiries.
• Prepare quotes, orders, invoices and trailer registrations.
• Conduct pre-delivery and safety checks.

About the Role

Combine your hands-on workshop experience with a customer-facing sales support role to help customers with trailer enquiries and keep daily orders moving.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Saturday, 8am-12pm (if required)
