The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubbo, NSW, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on residential and commercial restoration projects. This role coordinates site operations, including scheduling trades, managing subcontractors, monitoring work progress and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces construction safety requirements, and ensures compliance with building codes, company policies and client specifications. The role also involves liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, variations and timelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining site documentation, resolving on-site issues, supporting continuous improvement and representing Johns Lyng Group professionally on all projects.
