Transport for NSW is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused field professional based in Bega to support civil construction and maintenance works. You will inspect activities against project specs, record results, and work with teams, contractors and supervisors to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
The role requires a current White Card and a valid driver’s licence, strong WHS knowledge, and the ability to interpret plans.

Be out in the field supporting the delivery of civil construction and maintenance works, checking activities against project specifications and quality requirements, and maintaining accurate records. You'll perform inspections and measurements, use a range of tools and equipment, and work closely with team members, contractors and supervisors to ensure work is completed safely and to standard.

You're a hands-on and safety-focused professional with experience in civil construction, road maintenance or a similar environment. You take pride in quality work, can confidently interpret plans and specifications, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of WHS requirements, good communication skills, and a current White Card and driver's licence will help you succeed in this role.
This role is based in Bega.
