Qualifications

• Mandatory Driver's Licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of qualifications and training package requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace assessment and industry placement with employers and students.
• Provide employers with guidance on training programs and learning solutions for staff.
• Monitor trends in training delivery and maintain links with employers.
• Maintain records to meet statutory obligations and report on activities.
• Promote training programs to maximise market share and achieve team targets.
• Coordinate access to learning programs and ensure assessments are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in developing learning plans and customised materials for employers.
