Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a dedicated TAFE Teacher to deliver quality learning, teaching and assessment across VET programs from Cairns and other campuses. The role focuses on student-centred learning, industry-aligned practices and inclusive teaching methods.

You will design and assess outcomes, maintain currency with industry standards, and participate in professional development. This temporary full-time position reports to the Business Manager and supports transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement assessment tools aligned to National Training Packages.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance training quality.
• Build relationships with students, staff and industry partners.
