Job summary

Betashares Group is seeking a Workplace Technology Engineer to configure and improve the Microsoft and Azure-based workplace environment for ~250 staff across three locations in NSW. You’ll connect systems, enable reliable information flow, and implement improvements across M365, Entra ID, Purview and SharePoint Online.

You will work with the IT team and a delivery partner to implement changes, resolve technical issues, and ensure solutions are ready for handover.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure-based workplace services including Entra ID and SSO.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Purview labeling and information protection, including DLP support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Microsoft 365, Azure services and Entra ID to keep workplace systems connected.
• Configure Purview sensitivity labels and information protection settings to support DLP policies.
• Provide SharePoint Online improvements, modernisation and migrations with partners.
• Ensure resilience via backup/restore and disaster recovery documentation.
