Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence in Australia. You will drive adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, delivering secure, productive collaboration for government, enterprise, and growing businesses.

You’ll lead escalation, provide technical guidance, and work across Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices to implement modern workplace solutions that align with customer needs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in ICT Professional Services.
• Experience guiding customers toward adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.

Responsabilités

• Deliver first-class Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace services to customers.
• Guide business and customers toward adoption and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Provide technical leadership as the escalation point within the Centre of Excellence.
• Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and optimize secure collaboration solutions.
• Remain current with Microsoft 365 roadmaps and best practices.
