Country Fire Authority (CFA) is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations professional for a newly created 2-year fixed term role in Victoria. You will advise leaders and staff on complex IR matters, interpret agreements and legislation, resolve disputes, and contribute to negotiations and policy development.

• Sound judgement, analytical and solutions-focused approach.

• Experience interpreting industrial instruments and employment law.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist advice on workplace and industrial relations matters.
• Interpret enterprise agreements and relevant legislation; support disputes and grievances.
• Contribute to enterprise agreement negotiations and policies.
• Support matters before the Fair Work Commission and tribunals.
• Develop practical, compliant employment practices and submissions.
