Qualifikationen

• Experience in a complex, highly unionised workplace relations environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, consultation and negotiation skills.
• End-to-end case management capability with sound judgement and analytical skills.

• Provide high-level workplace relations advice to leaders and employees across diverse environments.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with unions and staff associations.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including disputes and grievances.
• Undertake proactive end-to-end case management, assessing risk and developing options.
• Contribute to organisational reviews, restructures and consultation strategies.
• Consult and negotiate with unions and stakeholders, preparing evidence-based briefs.
