CFA is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations professional to join the People and Culture team on a newly created 2-year fixed-term basis. Based in Burwood East, you will provide expert guidance on workplace and industrial relations matters across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Workplace Relations.

You will interpret and apply enterprise agreements and employment law, assist with negotiations and proceedings before tribunals, and help develop policies and initiatives to ensure

Formación

• Experience in workplace relations within a complex, unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation.
• Ability to interpret enterprise agreements and provide clear advice.
