Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Workplace Relations and Ethics Senior Manager to protect our people, culture and reputation by leading trusted advice and resolving complex workplace matters. You’ll work with senior leaders and teams across the firm to ensure fair, ethical, and well-informed outcomes.

You’ll drive investigations from initiation to resolution, advise on conduct and ethics for executives, and coach the Workplace Relations and Ethics team while contributing to PwC’s inclusive,

• Extensive experience leading complex end-to-end workplace investigations.
• Strong capability in forensic investigation and evidence analysis.
• Ability to assess risk and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and handling of confidential matters.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex workplace investigations from initial assessment through to outcome.
• Provide trusted advice on workplace relations, conduct, ethics and employee matters to senior leaders.

• Proven ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgement and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong capability in stakeholder management, communication with the ability to navigate sensitive and highly confidential matters.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in professional services, legal regulatory or other complex corporate environments.
• Relevant qualifications in workplace relations, investigations, law, HR or related discipline.
