Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex end-to-end workplace investigations.
• Proven ability to analyse forensic evidence and establish facts.
• Ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgement and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and handling highly confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workplace investigations from initial assessment to outcome.
• Provide trusted advice on workplace relations, conduct, ethics and employee matters to senior leaders.
• Analyse complex evidence, including digital data and communications, to inform outcomes.
• Coach and support the Workplace Relations and Ethics team.
