Job summary

HWL Ebsworth invites a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Workplace Relations & Safety team in Melbourne. You will work closely with Partners to advise large and medium clients across industrial relations, safety, investigations, and employment law matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PAE, handles contentious and non-contentious matters, and mentors junior colleagues. We offer flexible working arrangements, generous leave, and a clear, merit-based career progression pathway

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in employment law
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong knowledge of workplace relations and safety law across commercial transactions
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
