Job summary

Talent International is recruiting an experienced Workplace Project Manager to join a major utilities organisation on an initial 6-month contract in Sydney. You will manage delivery of workplace refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across multiple sites, focusing on planning, budgeting, contractor management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace fit-out and construction projects.
• Government project delivery experience with examples.
• 5+ years in PM across construction/property.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property or PM.
• Experience with NEC4.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, scheduling and risk mgmt.
• MS Project or Primavera proficiency; SAP helpful.
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• White Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end delivery of workplace fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, procurement and contract admin.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and changes, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee safety, quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage NEC4 contracts and related obligations.
• Prepare project reports and financial updates for leaders.
• Manage multiple projects across sites.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.
