Talent International is seeking an experienced Workplace Project Manager to join a major utilities organisation on an initial 6-month contract. You will oversee the delivery of workplace, property and construction projects across Sydney with responsibility for planning, budgeting, contractor management and risk oversight.

The role requires experience in workplace fit-out projects, government project delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction and workplace fit-out projects.
• Proven track record managing government projects.
• 5+ years in project management across construction, property or workplace environments.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property or Project Management.
• Experience with NEC4 contract management.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, scheduling and risk management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or Primavera; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder and contractor management.
• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Experience across utilities, government, infrastructure, civil works or heritage restoration is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of workplace fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects across Sydney sites.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, procurement and contract administration.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance with organisational standards.
• Manage NEC4 contracts and related contractual obligations.
• Prepare project reporting and financial updates for senior stakeholders.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects across locations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
