Job summary

Ripple in Sydney is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to support office management, employee experience, vendor relations and building maintenance. You will think on your feet, prioritize urgent issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in facilities, superb customer service, and strong communication. You’ll work across time zones with the People and IT teams, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in facilities or workplace ops.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and guests; manage check-ins and events.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and supply orders.
• Maintain office procedures and floor plans; coordinate moves.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and space allocations.
• Collaborate with Global Workplace, Security, IT/AV, and Communications teams.
• Escalate issues to manager and cross-functional partners as needed.
